Hello people! Today I want to share with you our end goal. The end desired outcome of our actions is to help people build a successful and useful for others professional life. While there are many things that we can do that can contribute to this outcome, two main goals for our future company are: (1) to help today’s and tomorrow’s professionals in many fields make self-paced learning more efficient and (2) find work that is likely to contribute to a better life on Earth.

So if you think about the first goal, more and more people are having have internet access and start to are starting to understand the importance of lifelong, ongoing learning. So even though we have this rise of AI I still see the opportunity to further increase the efficiency, the speed of self-paced learning. And when it comes to the second goal, for many people a usual job with (a) steady income is not enough. They want their work to have an impact on other people life people’s lives, a positive impact. So that’s why.

And also you should know I didn’t start with the end goal in mind. I started with a research. I observed how people are discussing different topics related to learning on their own (I don’t know why I said this. I should have said something like “I observed how folks who learn on their own behave, where they ask for help. I conducted many private-chat-based interviews and a few over calls. I ran surveys and studied existing solutions for finding mentors and work opportunities”) what they share, what they comment, how they behave in forums. A lot of research.
And… the second thing you should know that these goals I can change or the phrasing of them I can change, but no worries, they still will be (I mean the new goals or a goal) in alignment with the broader, more aspirational goal of helping people to build a successful and useful for others professional life. I am referring to the boy who helped me shoot this video yesterday, on 1 June 2025.
And in this quick addition, I want to mention two additional things.

First, as you can hear, I I’m still making mistakes when speaking. Even though I spent some time to prepare myself for this recording and I clearly (well, I kept in mind key points I wanted to say, I didn’t prepare the entire speech) knew what I wanted to say, still mistakes are inevitable for me as for non-English native speaker. Non-English native speaker? for “non-native English speaker”. That’s probably the right phrase.

And second, about the end goal, I also call it “the light”, the north star. It can also have another word—”the mission”, but it’s the same, it means what folks ultimately want to achieve within this company, why they have come together, “why do they work together?” so I mentioned the goal (the end goal) and our strategic goals on our company website which you can find by going to companyinfo.proood.org and also here (showing the “Our mission page”) I have a link to a blog article where I explain how the strategic goals connect to this end goal. This end goal, by the way, it feels like “the right thing to do” and it’s like, you know, it’s a compass (one more word for the mission).

So this how it works: folks come together to achieve something and they define it as an end goal. Then we take this (end goal) and break it down into more specific goals (strategic goals). And those specific goals we break down even further until we get to the point when we have tasks and subtasks. And while working on tasks and subtasks, we should keep in mind the end desired outcome of our actions, the end goal, in other words. Because sometimes it’s hard to make decisions. Sometimes we will not be in the right state to make decisions because of a clunky mind. Clarity… having clarity in mind is not an easy task: and a changing environment and other pressing problems that appear from day to day or from week to week or from month to month. So by looking at the light, everything should be clear and in the right direction. And yeah, that’s it. It’s time to publish this recording.
